Included in the rates are:

airport transfers, cold towels, welcome drinks, flowers, a huge bowl (6kilo) of tropical fruits, free flow of mineral water and the first 1 or 2 meals & drinks, depending on arrival time.

Then you just give some household money to the staff, they go shopping in the local market and come back with the receipts. The cook then will prepare everything the way you like. All basic ingredients like herbs, oils, vinegars etc are already in the house: just like at home or maybe even more. So 1 pack of milk and 1 pack of coffee buys a parade of lovely cappuccinos and the first packs are on us...
